In 2011, after a deep dive into psychedelic music, he found himself in Istanbul, where a 7-inch record he heard knocked him out and ignited his passion for collecting Turkish music records.

He participates as the Turkish music specialist in the irregularly held world dance party SOI48.

While his primary focus is on 70s and 80s Turkish rock and pop, he has recently developed a strong interest in Turkish hip hop and trap.
