Lately, I’ve been drawn to the nostalgic warmth of musique concrète and the two-dimensional imagery that emerges from its textures and compositions.

In this mix, I layer elements of traditional contemporary music, modern electronic soundscapes, and field recordings—manipulating their speed and playback direction to create a collage of sonic exploration.

While reflecting on the era of composers like Joji Yuasa, I aimed to reinterpret electroacoustic music within the context of club music through DJ experimentation.

In the latter half, I incorporate Yuasa’s iconic piece Voices Coming in its full 20-minute form, layering it with contemporary tracks in various ways to visualize the images that surfaced in my mind.
