Based in Okayama, DJ ZEN is a member of artribe hosted by NILEI and the DJ for the unit “six.“

Since being immersed in the trance culture of the late 1990s, he has delved deeply into club music and began his own DJ career.
His musicality—honed through years of experience in diverse scenes—pulls dance floors into deep, immersive realms, guiding listeners with a strong sense of spiritual depth.
Having traveled the world with nothing but a backpack in his youth, he draws on those experiences to weave unique narratives not only through dance music but also across a wide range of musical approaches.
In March 2024, he released the mix CD THOSE DAYS from HIGHLIFE Records, a key player in the underground scene in Okayama. His next release, fall in a dream, is scheduled for November 2024.
The long-running party “En,” which he organizes, has pursued uncompromising quality for over 19 years, inviting an impressive lineup of guests and earning a reputation that now reaches beyond Okayama.
In recent years, he has been actively hosting BABEL at YEBISUYA PRO and performing at numerous underground and outdoor parties across Japan. His sets are supported by a new generation of freaks who resonate with his sound.
Together with VJ NAOTO TSUJITA, he also co-hosts the party UMBRA as the unit “six,” continuously deepening his artistic expression and creating once-in-a-lifetime nights wherever he plays.
